Dr. Terri L. Rieth specializes in counseling for women facing high-risk pregnancies. She offers psychoanalytic psychotherapy, supportive psychotherapy, group counseling, grief counseling, marital and family therapy, substance abuse counseling and stress management. Dr. Rieth’s degrees include a Post Doctoral Certificate in Psychoanalysis from Emory University, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, a Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate Institute, Human and Organizational Systems, an M.A. from Fielding Graduate Institute, Organizational Development, an M.S. from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Psychology, and a B.S. from Penn State, Engineering. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider.

Lea Reagan, MS, RD, CDE- Diabetes Educator

Lea Reagan is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Born in Atlanta , raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., Lea has practiced in Chattanooga for over 25 years. Her degrees include a Bachelor of Science degree from Lipscomb University, a Master’s Degree from the University of Memphis,  and a Certificate of Internship and Residency from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Graduate Health Sciences.

Felicia Boyer, RD – Diabetes Educator

Felicia Boyer is a native of Chattanooga, TN.  A graduate of UTC and Vanderbilt University Medical Center dietetic internship.  She is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator/ insulin pump trainer licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia. Felicia has practiced in the Chattanooga area for twenty years.

Janet Ulm, MSSW, CGC - Genetic Counselor
Janet E. Ulm is a native of Tennessee, is board certified in Genetic Counseling by the American Board of Medical Genetics, and is licensed as a Genetic Counselor in the state of Tennessee.  Janet graduated summa cum laude from Carson-Newman College with a degree in Biology.  She then completed her Master's degree at the University of Tennessee.  Janet has over 30 years of experience in Genetic Counseling, working in the areas of adult, pediatric, cancer, newborn screening, infertility and prenatal.  She was the Director of the Tennessee Statewide Genetics Program from 1991 to 1993.  She then began and developed the Genetic Counseling program at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC prior to her return to Tennessee. Janet is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors, the Tennessee Genetic Counselors Association, and the International Society for Prenatal Diagnosis.  She is a published author and has developed numerous patient education booklets.  Janet has organized workshops and educational programs for physicians and other healthcare professionals.  She has also made many presentations to nursing, ultrasound and medical students as well as the general public.  Janet joined the staff of Regional Obstetrical Consultants in 2005.
