From Nashville or Birmingham, take I-24 East to U.S. 27N ( Downtown Chattanooga), then follow the directions below in bold.
From Knoxville or Atlanta, take I-24 West to U.S. 27 N ( Downtown Chattanooga), then follow directions in bold below.
From Cookeville/Dunlap or Crossville, take US 27S and follow directions in bold below.
Take Fourth Street. Exit (Exit 1C) on US 27 in Downtown Chattanooga. Continue on 4th Street (one way) which merges with 3rd Street (two way). Go past Erlanger Medical Center (on left) to Central Avenue. Turn right on Central Avenue, then right again on McCallie Avenue. Our Office will be on the left hand side.

From Interstate 40: Take Cookeville Willow Street exit #286 (TN Hwy. 135). Follow the signs to Cookeville, going approximately 2.4 miles. After passing under a railroad bridge, go three blocks. The office is on the right in the Willow Place Conference Center building, Suite 3. The entrance is on the southwest side of the building, just off Willow Avenue.
From Highway 111: Take the East Spring Street exit (U.S. 70) to Cookeville. Pass through the Cookeville business district, and turn right on South Willow Avenue. Go approximately five blocks (passing under a railroad bridge). The office is on the right in the Willow Place
Conference Center building, Suite 3. The entrance is on the southwest side of the building, just off Willow Avenue.
